Episode 3: Scary Movies for the Ages
We hope you enjoyed Episode 3! There were so many movies to choose from; there may be a "Scary Movies 2" episode in our future.
Since we had a question about "The Shining," I thought I would share this picture, taken 10 years ago on a trip to Colorado. These are my three sons and daughter-in-law in front of the Stanley Hotel. From left to right: Rebecca, Joe, Sam and Ted.
And no... we did not see any ghosts or experience anything creepy, even though the hotel is considered to be one of the most haunted places in the country. But it's a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the tour.
Here's one question that didn't make it into Episode 3 (If I remember correctly, we had a few too many questions about 1970s movies):
This 1976 movie, considered one of the scariest ever, was said to be cursed. Animal trainers were attacked after a safari scene, and a stuntman for Gregory Peck was attacked by rottweilers. What is the name of this movie? (Answer below.)
Thanks for joining us! Next week's topic is "Interesting Fashion Trends for the Ages" - I need to go look through the photo albums!

(This movie is "The Omen.")
